Art and Censorship
Several weeks ago, about one half dozen of my images were removed by Deviant Art censors. The "explanation" was that they didn't conform to Deviant Art terms of use. Some of those images had been on this site for over 8 years without action or comment by the administration or it's "Purity Police" arm. These images were primarily screen captures from some of my fetish movies that depict simulated hangings. At the same time, the theme of Deviant Art submissions seems to have shifted to a preponderance of lady wrestlers and boxers. Today, there's an image of an attractive nude lady taking a dump on a beach. I have no issue with any individuals preference in art or lifestyle. However, I do believe in freedom of association.
Accordingly, at the time that I was the target of DA's Purity Police, I decided that DA has become a site with whom I no longer wanted to have my art associated. I will remain a member (unless they boot me for daring to criticize them) in order to follow a few artists and their work that I do admire. So, I began methodically eliminating my "deviations", starting with those which related to hangings, canniablism, and other dark subjects. Now I have deleted all my landscapes, infrared gallery, and still life images. There is no just one image in my gallery and I have no plans to repost any of the deleted images or any images of my new work on this site.
I would like to thank all the people on DA who followed my work and all that made positive and encouraging comments on it, as well as many of you who purchased my dark themed movies.

First I'd like to thank all of you for the faves and watches. I'm really smitten by the interest that you have shown in my art (mainstream and dark themes).
From time to time I get requests to produce a set of photos or a video made to the specifications of the person requesting same.
The models I photograph are professional models and they do not work for free. Most of them have "minimum" times that I have to contract with them to make it worthwhile to show up for a shoot. Then, I have a fair amount invested in equipment and "sets" (like movie sets). So, I'm happy to shoot custom photos or videos on request. I do have to charge for them. A set of 100 - 200 photos with nudity will cost you $250. You will receive copies of the photos without watermarks. If something with more "risk" is requested, like bondage suspension for example, is involved, you may be asked for more money. You are free to inquire about the availability of any of the models that appear in my photos. Many of them are still modeling and available for customs.
I also produce videos for clients. The minimum price for a video with one actress/model is about $600. It will be shot in HD video at a the highest quality setting available through my editing program and can be sent via UPS or FedEx as a DVD or transferred electronically to you privately. I do not ship physical formats of adult work via USPS or to USPS Postal Boxes due to obscenity laws which are occasionally still pursued by overzealous postmasters (mostly from the "Bible Belt" states).
You will NOT own the publication rights for the images or videos at the above prices. I am willing to license publication rights for photos shot for a client, but the price will be different depending on the intended use.
I accept payment by PayPal payment in advance; and in the event the shoot does not take place, your money will be cheerfully refunded.

Plagiarism and Piracy
Today I lodged 5 DMCA Violation complaints with the Admin of DA. They've been pretty much on the ball about getting the work of Plagiarizers and Pirates removed from this site.
In days of old, pirates and like ilk were tried and executed on the spot when caught. I think that's a really good idea and should be brought back.
This time the offender is the deviant: bayumas80

Just because you find something, somewhere on the internet, you do not have permission to use it as your own creation. That's just slimy.
Casting Call for Models
I'm planning a series of photo shoots/videos this summer. The subject matter will be a combination of my naughty cowgirls as well as CSI type themes with crime scene photos. Most will need posing nude or implied nude or lingerie for the CSI themes. I am able to pay a model fee for the CSI themes. A signed release will be required for paid shoots. The photos in my Gore and Horror gallery pretty much represent the type of content in the CSI shoots. There are lots of examples of the naughty cowgirls in the Featured gallery.
